We solicit nominations for the ICDT 2022 Test of Time Award for the ICDT 2012 paper that has had the most impact in terms of research, methodology, conceptual contribution, or transfer to practice.
The ICDT 2022 ToT Award Committee consists of Antoine Amarilli (Télécom Paris, Institut polytechnique de Paris, France), Alin Deutsch (University of California San Diego, United States), and Emanuel Sallinger (TU Wien, Austria).
If you feel that a paper published at ICDT 2012 has had great impact, please feel free to nominate it by emailing all three committee members at:

with subject line "ICDT ToT Award Suggestion", together with a brief justification.
You cannot nominate a paper if you are in conflict of interest with the paper, i.e., if the paper is authored by a family member of close friend of yours, a current or past PhD advisor/advisee, a postdoctoral mentor/mentee within the last five years, someone who shared an affiliation with you or co-authored a paper with you within the last three years, or a current collaborator. Nominations are confidential and will only be shared among the committee members.
Please feel free to nominate a paper if you think it has had great impact, even if you have not thoroughly compared it to the other eligible papers.
Please send your nominations no later than October 31, 2021.
The ICDT ToT award for 2022 will be presented during the EDBT/ICDT 2022 Joint Conference due to be held from March 29th to April 1st, 2022 in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
